Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain regular communication with existing distributors and develop new ones as per policy.
Assess distributors' strengths and weaknesses and support their business growth and capability development
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL products and keep dealers updated, including driving product promotions through distributors.
Visit distributor showrooms and warehouses on a regular basis and provide necessary market feedback.
