The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by delivering an exceptional customer experience, generating qualified leads, demonstrating products, negotiating sales, and ensuring timely completion of sales documentation. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and maximize repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Welcome and assist showroom walk-in customers professionally.
Generate new sales leads through referrals, digital platforms, corporate clients, and outdoor activities.
Conduct customer follow-up through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Address customer objections confidently and professionally.
Complete booking forms and sales agreements accurately.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Registration, Insurance, and Delivery teams.
Ensure all required documents are collected before vehicle delivery.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards.
Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and ready for customer viewing.
Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
