  • Strong understanding of the motorcycle and EV market.



Responsibilities & Context:

To drive sales, dealer network development, market expansion, and profitable business growth for the company's motorcycle and electric scooter (EV Scooter) portfolio within the assigned territory. The primary objective of this role is to achieve sales targets, enhance dealer performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen the brand’s market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Drive retail and distributor/dealer sales growth for motorcycles and EV scooters.

  • Develop and execute zone-wise sales plans.

  • Formulate sales strategies based on market potential and business opportunities.

  • Manage sales forecasting and demand planning activities.

  • Monitor and improve the performance of existing dealers.

  • Appoint new dealers in high-potential markets.

  • Ensure compliance with showroom, sales, and service standards.

  • Conduct regular dealer performance reviews and business evaluations.

  • Identify new markets and customer segments.

  • Organize local marketing campaigns, roadshows, test rides, and promotional activities.

  • Analyze competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market offerings.

  • Enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across the territory.

  • Promote EV scooter adoption and expand market penetration.

  • Support the launch and commercialization of new EV models.

  • Lead and manage Territory Officers, and Sales Teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, fleet operators, and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and complex issues.

  • Ensure effective collection management and dealer credit control.

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM updates, and MIS reporting.
