Job Responsibilities:

• ​Communicate with customers online and offline in a professional and polite manner.

• Respond promptly to customer queries, manage inquiries, and confirm orders.

• Actively contribute to boosting the sales of the company's e-commerce products.

• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.

Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

💼 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the e-commerce or sales sector.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• ​Strong customer handling skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and navigating social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp).
