Applicants must have good communication and convincing skills. Candidates who are willing to work under sales pressure and achieve targets will be preferred. Only female candidates are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে প্রফেশনালভাবে যোগাযোগ করা।

2. কোম্পানির সার্ভিস, প্রসেস এবং সুযোগ-সুবিধা সম্পর্কে সঠিক ও পরিষ্কার তথ্য প্রদান করা।

3. নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট তৈরি করা এবং বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা।

4. ক্লায়েন্টের চাহিদা বুঝে উপযুক্ত সেবা সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ প্রদান করা।

5. নির্ধারিত দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক এবং মাসিক কল ও সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনে কাজ করা।

6. প্রতিটি কল, লিড এবং ক্লায়েন্টের তথ্য CRM/Excel-এ সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট করা।

7. দৈনিক কল রিপোর্ট এবং কাজের অগ্রগতি সুপারভাইজারকে রিপোর্ট করা।

8. টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।

9. কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে সর্বোচ্চ মানের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করা
