Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.
Recommend suitable universities, programmes, and study destinations.
Assist with university admissions and application processing.
Guide students through visa documentation and application procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with partner universities and admission teams.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Stay updated on admission requirements and visa policies.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
