To lead and manage the overall HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Support top management in organizational planning and restructuring
Drive HR initiatives to improve productivity and engagement
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Ensure timely hiring for all departments
Develop employer branding strategies
Design and implement KPI-based performance appraisal systems :
Monitor employee performance and provide improvement plans
Support department heads in performance evaluation
Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Plan employee engagement and retention programs
Develop competitive salary structures and benefits policies
Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
