Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth business activities

  • Monitor compliance with company policies and SOPs

  • Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues professionally

  • Promote promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation

  • Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and product damages

  • Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards

  • Monitor product freshness, pricing, and shelf presentation

  • Assist in promotional displays and new product launches

  • Prepare operational reports and sales summaries

  • Maintain proper documentation and store records

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives

  • Work closely with store staff to achieve operational excellence

  • Participate in employee training and development activities

  • Demonstrate leadership potential through teamwork and initiative

  • Successfully complete all assigned training modules and assessments

  • Participate in cross-functional rotations within retail operations

  • Learn retail analytics, customer behavior, and operational planning
