• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.Smart, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings.

• Promote venue services to prospective clients for weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, training programs, exhibitions, and social events.

• Generate new business through direct sales, corporate visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing leads, and social media inquiries.

• Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

• Conduct venue presentations and site visits for prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized event packages based on client requirements.

• Negotiate pricing and finalize venue bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, wedding planners, event management companies, decorators, photographers, caterers, and other business partners.

• Coordinate with Operations, Catering, Decoration, Accounts, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Maintain accurate booking records, sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.

• Identify new business opportunities and execute promotional campaigns to maximize venue occupancy.

• Monitor competitors' activities and recommend effective marketing strategies.

• Ensure excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
