• 1 year of hands-on experience in skin care line

• Business Area: Must have business domain experience in Chain Shop, Retail Store, skin care shop .

• Personal Attributes: Must be young, smart, energetic, with the capability to work under pressure and handle extended/long hours.

• Service Orientation: Professional, amicable, presentable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Package, with strong expertise in MS Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly and daily sales targets, guiding and motivating sales staff to achieve performance goals.

• Visual Merchandising & Store Quality: Maintain outstanding store conditions, visual merchandising standards, and overall brand aesthetics.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure proper stocking and availability of all moving items, initiate stock requisitions, and perform monthly physical inventory audits.

• Cash & Financial Controls: Manage daily cash handling, transactions, and store revenue procedures accurately.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, prompt, and exceptional service.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track buying trends and customer needs, generating regular daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Facility & Safety Oversight: Maintain outlet cleanliness, security, safety standards, and oversee active CCTV operations.

• Store Maintenance & Operations: Ensure general maintenance and overall smooth daily operation of the retail outlet.

• Work Flexibility: Demonstrate readiness and mentality to work extended/long operational hours as needed.

• Festival Bonus: 2 Festival Bonuses per year
