Responsibilities & Context:

TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: 2 | Dhaka | Full-Time | Permanent | On-site

Salary: 12,000–15,000 BDT (excluding performance-based commission)

Location: Lift 8, Rangs Courtyard (Rancon), 1901 Apollo Road, Vatara, Dhaka – 1213

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Interview: Ongoing

Joining: Immediate

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers for Nodi AI across Bangladeshi businesses (SMEs, agencies, e-commerce platforms, service providers)

  • Conduct product presentations and demos over phone and video calls, explaining Nodi AI's features and business benefits

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline; follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle

  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while tracking all interactions in CRM

  • Prepare and send customized quotations; address customer concerns and objections professionally

  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide market feedback to support product positioning

  • Stay updated on Nodi AI features, competitor offerings, and market trends

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or tele-sales (B2B preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English; confident on phone and video calls

  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and translate product features into business value

  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales targets and startup-scale growth

  • Comfortable cold-calling and prospecting; resilient to rejection

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems; ability to learn quickly

  • Proficiency with GSuite, WhatsApp, and other communication tools

  • Willingness to work in a startup environment with flexibility and ownership mindset
