WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers for Nodi AI across Bangladeshi businesses (SMEs, agencies, e-commerce platforms, service providers)
Conduct product presentations and demos over phone and video calls, explaining Nodi AI's features and business benefits
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline; follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while tracking all interactions in CRM
Prepare and send customized quotations; address customer concerns and objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales team and provide market feedback to support product positioning
Stay updated on Nodi AI features, competitor offerings, and market trends
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2–3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or tele-sales (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English; confident on phone and video calls
Strong ability to understand customer pain points and translate product features into business value
Self-motivated with a passion for sales targets and startup-scale growth
Comfortable cold-calling and prospecting; resilient to rejection
Basic knowledge of CRM systems; ability to learn quickly
Proficiency with GSuite, WhatsApp, and other communication tools
Willingness to work in a startup environment with flexibility and ownership mindset
