  • Sound knowledge of project sales, tender processes, contract management, and commercial negotiations.

  • Ability to prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned corporate sales, revenue, and profitability targets by developing and executing business development strategies for corporate and institutional customers

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, government organizations, institutional clients, and key corporate accounts to generate sustainable business opportunities

  • Identify new projects, prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed business while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and project delivery

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments, and provide strategic recommendations to strengthen the organization's market position

  • Prepare sales forecasts, business pipeline reports, key account reviews, and performance analyses while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and achieving departmental objectives
