Responsibilities & Context:
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer footfall, and sales.
* Plan and manage ATL, BTL, TTL, digital, and trade marketing campaigns.
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
* Lead all digital marketing activities, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on ROI, ROAS, customer insights, and market trends.
* Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
* Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, and business organizations to expand B2B and corporate sales.
* Prepare and present corporate sales proposals, negotiate agreements, and achieve business development targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
* Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional events, shopping festivals, product launches, and in-store activations.
* Coordinate with vendors and brand partners for joint marketing campaigns, co-branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
* Oversee visual merchandising, POSM development, store branding, and customer experience enhancement.
* Manage media buying, PR activities, influencer collaborations, and agency relationships.
* Lead content planning and ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendars while ensuring cost efficiency.
* Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Buying, Merchandising, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture.
* Ensure all marketing communications comply with company policies and brand guidelines.
* Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and retail best practices to drive continuous business growth.
