Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and innovative PCB Design & Electronics Engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic hardware, with a specific focus on consumer electronics like remote controls, touch-sensing devices, and smart home products. You will take projects from the initial schematic design phase all the way to a fully functional, production-ready printed circuit board (PCB).

Key Responsibilities

• Circuit & Schematic Design: Design electronic schematics for various consumer products, ensuring correct component selection for remote controls (RF/IR) and capacitive touch sensors.

• PCB Layout Design: Create multi-layer PCB layouts keeping in mind signal integrity, power distribution, and compact space constraints for sleek product enclosures.

• Prototyping & Testing: Bring up new hardware prototypes, perform soldering, and debug hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.

• Firmware Integration: Collaborate with firmware/software engineers to ensure seamless integration between the hardware components and microcontroller code.

• DFM for Electronics: Ensure designs are optimized for mass production (Design for Manufacturing/DFM), working closely with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
