Lead the Sales Growth of Nodi AI

Zorg IT is looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales growth of Nodi AI, our AI-powered customer engagement and sales automation platform.

This is a leadership position for someone who can build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

  • Build, train, and manage the Business Development team.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Monitor team performance and productivity.

  • Conduct regular coaching and performance review sessions.

  • Ensure the team consistently achieves sales goals.

Recruitment & Training

  • Participate in recruiting and selecting Business Development Officers.

  • Develop training materials and sales processes.

  • Train team members on Nodi AI products and sales techniques.

  • Improve team communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities.

  • Meet business owners and decision-makers.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Identify new industries and markets for expansion.

Sales Operations

  • Track leads, opportunities, proposals, and sales performance.

  • Ensure proper CRM and pipeline management.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Analyze conversion rates and improve sales processes.

Strategic Growth

  • Research market opportunities.

  • Identify high-potential industries.

  • Help position Nodi AI as a leading AI business solution in Bangladesh.

  • Work directly with company leadership to execute growth strategies.


Performance Expectations

This is a leadership role with both management and direct sales responsibilities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving personal monthly sales targets.

  • Leading the team to achieve overall sales targets.

  • Supporting team members in closing deals and overcoming sales challenges.

  • Driving revenue growth through both personal performance and team performance.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Sales Management.
