Build, train, and manage the Business Development team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Conduct regular coaching and performance review sessions.
Ensure the team consistently achieves sales goals.
Participate in recruiting and selecting Business Development Officers.
Develop training materials and sales processes.
Train team members on Nodi AI products and sales techniques.
