Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sr. Sales Manager (Sewing, Finishing & Automatic) to lead our Industrial Machinery Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets for Sewing, Finishing, and Automatic Garment Machinery across Bangladesh.
The candidate should possess strong technical sales knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and extensive experience working with garment factories, textile industries, buying houses, and manufacturing organizations.
Workplace: Work at Office & Field (Frequent visits to customer factories across Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from garments, textile, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, key accounts, and potential clients.
Promote Sewing, Finishing, and Automatic Machinery through product presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and technical discussions.
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and technical documentation.
Conduct regular factory visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machinery solutions.
Coordinate with the Technical Service Team to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Monitor market trends, customer demands, competitors' activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, sales budgets, business plans, and periodic performance reports.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and contract agreements with customers.
Work closely with overseas suppliers and principals regarding product updates, pricing, and technical information.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Participate in local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, and marketing events.
Coordinate with the Commercial Department regarding import schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory planning.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions to improve business growth.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management review.
Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales documentation accurately.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and current market standards.
