We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and strategic *General Manager (GM)* to lead the overall business operations, drive organizational growth, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, and business development capabilities with proven experience in managing large teams and delivering sustainable business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and senior management teams.

  • Monitor organizational performance and ensure the achievement of business targets.

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business risks.

  • Prepare management reports and present business performance to the Board of Directors.

  • Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

  • Lead organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
