Experience
5–8 years of experience as a Peon, Office Assistant, Office Support Staff, or similar position.
Experience in a corporate office, manufacturing company, hospital, educational institution, or group of companies will be preferred.
Job Context
We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and hardworking Peon (Office Support Staff) to provide day-to-day office support and ensure the smooth operation of administrative activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting different departments, maintaining office cleanliness, handling official documents, and performing other support functions as assigned by the management.
Candidates should be physically fit, trustworthy, punctual, and capable of performing routine office tasks with responsibility and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
Perform daily office support activities as assigned by the Administration Department.
Deliver and collect official documents, files, letters, and parcels between departments and external offices.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, binding, filing, and document distribution.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to management, employees, clients, and guests as required.
Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of meeting rooms, reception areas, and common office spaces.
Support office setup for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Assist in purchasing office stationery and other essential office items when required.
Carry out banking, courier, and other official outdoor tasks as instructed.
Ensure proper handling and safe movement of office equipment and materials.
Monitor pantry supplies and report shortages to the Administration Department.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality while performing duties.
Assist the Administration and HR Departments in routine operational activities.
Support other departments whenever required to ensure smooth office operations.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
