Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both the corporate and government sectors.
Search, monitor, and evaluate relevant tenders through the e-GP portal and other procurement platforms.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with client requirements and procurement guidelines.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
Maintain all tender-related documentation, including vendor registrations, certifications, and compliance records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, government organizations, and key stakeholders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects.
Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, and tenders to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Prepare regular sales reports, tender status updates, and business development reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
