Responsibilities & Context:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Marketing Sr Manager / Manager, combining in-office work at our Dhaka location with opportunities for remote work.
The role involves strategizing and executing sales and marketing initiatives for real estate (Apartment) projects, identifying potential customers and investors, driving lead generation, and managing client relationships.
The Sales & Marketing Sr / Manager will oversee market research, develop marketing campaigns, manage sales targets, collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Must be able to handle sales and marketing department all alone / incoordination with in-house or external team members.
