∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil From Reputed University
∎ Skills Required: Document Processing, Email Communications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Computer skill, Field implementation, knit fabric subcontracting management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare construction material & equipment estimate and financial budget according to architectural, engineering, electrical and plumbing design drawing.
∎ Total project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc.) before start of a new project.
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawing with respective departments.
∎ Work distribution, follow up and ensure the activities of site engineer, site supervisor, care taker.
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget
∎ Regular site visits as much as possible, monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ Seeking new/ updated methodology of processing of current work.
∎ Preparing monthly schedules and monitoring of the schedules and preparing progress report.
∎ Formulate strategy and execute planned resource management activities for the tasks.
∎ Develop competence within the team mates for utmost utilization of human resources within the team.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule.
∎ Take necessary action for rectifications/ modifications of works as claimed by the clients and agreed/ approved by UABL before/during project handover procedure time
∎ Coordinate with different authorities for administrative work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have minimum 05 years' experience as project manager/Construction Consultant in reputed real state company will be given preference.
∎ Candidate must have experience of constructing minimum 10 stored Building.
∎ Must have good communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
