Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for managing client relationships.
Regular follow-ups and meetings with clients.
Initiate an action plan to identify potential markets along with new business opportunities.
Identify and establish Contact, maintain, and develop a good relationship with the client.
Responsible for regularly following up with clients and maintaining their records.
Ensure and maintain proper record-keeping of all activities in the computer.
Analyze market trends and competitors’ business strategies and update higher authorities.
To find out new ideas to generate business and profit.
To share ideas on improving the business with management and other colleagues.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
