• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Clear understanding and detail about architectural building construction, interior design.

• Meeting with the client for design and BOQ.

• Attend client meetings with the Customer Relations team to assist sales.

• Prepare a 2D design as per the instructions of the lead Architect and prepare BOQ.

• Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (SketchUp, Auto CAD, D5.)

• Specification drawing, Interior design working drawing 2D format.       

• Understanding and preparing shop drawings.      

•  A clear understanding of site visit, site measurement, and status.      

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·      

• Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing. The visualizer must have a strong capability in residential design, office design, restaurant design, stage design, and full working drawings.

• Any other Design-related duties assigned by the Principal Architect or management.

• Regular site visits are needed to follow up on ongoing projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
