Responsibilities & Context:

• Promote the company's real estate projects and ownership share opportunities.

• Generate qualified sales leads through field visits, digital platforms, networking, and referrals.

• Meet prospective clients and conduct project presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospective clients until successful conversion.

• Maintain customer information and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.

• Coordinate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
