Responsibilities & Context:
Communication Ability:
-Understand user’s requirement and provide related information
− Easy understand the detail product information by written communication for both English and Bangla.
− Market research and strategic planning for each product.
− Planning and preparing presentation to user end according the Product
Writing ability both English and Banla:
-Writing ability with proposal content, Reports, OfficialLetters both in Bangla and English
− Need excellent Proficiency in English and Bangla for all communication.
Manage Customer Satisfaction:
-Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
− Client end Visit if required
-Telesales Operation if required
Ensure Confidentiality:
-Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
− Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
