Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The role involves promoting and selling residential units and land projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct and channel-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients for real estate projects (plots, apartments, etc.)
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and broker coordination
Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Handling
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and provide after-sales support
Guide clients through the booking and documentation process
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on dues
Market Coordination
Work closely with brokers and channel partners to generate sales
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and property exhibitions
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions
Update CRM or internal sales tracking systems regularly
Report daily/weekly sales activities to management
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 30,000 - 45,000 per month + Incentives Attractive sales commission and performance incentives Opportunity for career growth within the organization
