Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus).
Previous telesales or customer service experience is preferred but freshers may apply.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare call reports and sales activity reports.
