Comfortable working with computers, CRM software, and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Previous experience in customer service, market research, call center operations, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Bumbellbee Limited, a concern of Anvir Bashundhara Group (ABG) is seeking a temporary Marketing & Sales Team for a period of Three (3) months. The selected team members will be responsible for the following duties:
Conduct outbound calls and in person visit to new, existing, and former customers to welcome them, check on satisfaction, and understand their needs.
Detailed discussion with customers who have cancelled their service and find out the reasons behind their decision.
Accurately record and document all customer interactions, feedback, and data into our centralized database.
Administer customer satisfaction surveys (e.g., NPS, CSAT) via phone and email.
Identify trends, and insights from the collected data.
Occasionally conduct basic competitive research by reviewing competitor offers and promotions.
