We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our regional sales operations, manage distribution networks, and drive business growth.
Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, appoint potential dealers/distributors, and expand the company’s retail footprint.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide the Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and field forces to optimize performance.
Credit Management: Monitor market outstanding balances and ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors according to company policy.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide regular feedback and reports to upper management.
Farmer Engagement: Organize promotional activities, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations to build brand awareness at the root level.
