Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market share targets in alignment with the organization's business objectives
Lead, mentor, and monitor the Corporate Sales team to drive business development, customer acquisition, key account management, and overall sales performance
Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate customers, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, government organizations, and institutional clients to secure long-term business opportunities
Identify new market opportunities, major projects, and strategic partnerships while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to strengthen business growth
Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of customer requirements, project delivery, and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance, revenue, sales pipeline, key account activities, and business forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations and periodic reports to senior management
