Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 36 years
  • Experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Customer Service.

  • Experience in Printing Ink, Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Chemicals, Paint, Adhesives, or any manufacturing industry will be given preference.

  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply for the Officer position.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain regular communication with existing corporate customers to strengthen business relationships.

  • Receive purchase orders from customers and coordinate with the Production, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics departments for timely execution.

  • Develop new business opportunities and support the expansion of the corporate customer base.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within the approved policy, and follow up until order confirmation.

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.

  • Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments.

  • Conduct customer visits to understand their requirements, collect feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain proper records of orders, customer communications, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.

  • Coordinate with Accounts regarding payment follow-up whenever necessary.

  • Support marketing activities, product launches, customer meetings, and exhibitions.

  • Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries through phone, email, and physical visits.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
