• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience: 2–4 years in real estate apartment/flat sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Good understanding of Dhaka real estate market

• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Promote and sell company flats/apartments to potential buyers

• Generate leads through personal network, online platforms, and referrals

• Handle client inquiries, meetings, and site visits

• Follow up with interested clients and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain client database and proper sales documentation

• Provide accurate project details, drawings, and payment plans to clients

• Coordinate with site engineers and project team for updated construction progress

• Monitor project progress to properly brief clients and build buyer confidence

• Ensure client requirements are communicated to internal teams when necessary

• Handle online marketing

• Any other work given by the line manager.
