• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

• 5–8 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in real estate/developer companies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Good knowledge of real estate market in Bangladesh.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong client handling and closing skills.

• Experience in apartment/land sales will be highly preferred.

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.

• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure strong performance and target achievement.

• Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, brokers, and direct clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.

• Oversee project branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns (online & offline).

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, accounts, legal) for smooth sales process.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during sales transactions.
