Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strong understanding of software sales and solution-based selling.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct daily market visits, generate prospects independently and through the company database, and accurately identify client requirements.

  • Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Prepare financial proposals, meeting minutes, and other business-related documentation.

  • Plan, organize, and execute sales activities independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with a strong "can-do" mindset.

  • Coordinate the preparation of instruction manuals, technical proposals, and tender documents.

  • Deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of client solutions.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare periodic reports, and update the CRM/database regularly.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
