• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Executive – Client Service to manage client relationships, generate sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and client management skills to build long-term business relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

• Generate new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and follow-ups.

• Promote and sell the company's services to prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and follow-up reports in the CRM or assigned system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and client retention goals.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

• Stay updated on the company's services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
