Additional Requirement / Preferred Experience:We are looking for an experienced and skilled Country Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in architectural building materials, especially in façade, exterior cladding, and project-based material sales.The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and international project clients. Candidates who have already served in senior roles such as Country Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, Chief Sales Officer, or similar leadership positions will be highly preferred.Strong relationships within the architectural and design community, proven experience in handling façade/exterior projects, and the ability to develop project-based sales opportunities will be considered a major advantage.

Clads & Coverings is an architectural materials and project solutions company focusing on premium façade, exterior cladding, wall covering, flooring, architectural metal mesh, stainless steel decorative materials, and other interior & exterior finishing products.
Our main business focus is on façade and project-based architectural solutions, especially for commercial buildings, hotels, office towers, residential developments, showrooms, retail projects, and premium interior/exterior design works. Along with façade materials, we also work with a wider range of architectural surface products under Clads & Coverings to support architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and interior designers with modern material solutions.
We are looking for a responsible and professional team member who can support our project sales, architect communication, client coordination, sample presentation, quotation follow-up, and daily business development activities. The candidate will mainly work with façade and building material projects, but will also be involved in other product categories handled by Clads & Coverings.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, façade contractors, interior designers, and project clients to introduce Clads & Coverings’ product range and develop project-based business opportunities.
The role will include identifying potential projects, arranging meetings, presenting products, coordinating samples, following up on quotations, maintaining client databases, and supporting the company in building strong relationships with architects and developers.
The candidate should be able to understand basic project requirements, communicate clearly with clients, and update management regarding project status, client feedback, sample requirements, and market opportunities.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Promote Clads & Coverings’ façade, cladding, wall covering, flooring, metal mesh, stainless steel, and architectural finishing material ranges.
Focus mainly on façade and exterior cladding projects while also supporting other architectural product categories.
Communicate professionally with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, façade contractors, interior designers, and project clients.
Identify potential commercial, residential, hotel, office, retail, and developer projects where our products can be introduced.
Arrange meetings, sample presentations, product introductions, and project discussions with clients.
Prepare and share catalogues, product images, technical details, sample information, and basic quotation requirements.
Coordinate product samples and presentation materials for architects, consultants, and project decision-makers.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and update management on project progress.
Keep proper records of client communication, meeting notes, project leads, and follow-up status.
Maintain and update a database of architects, developers, contractors, consultants, and project clients.
Assist management in preparing sales reports, market feedback, and project opportunity updates.
Support marketing and promotional activities related to façade and architectural materials.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, sample dispatch, delivery updates, and project documentation.
Help build long-term business relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and project-based clients.
Maintain professional behavior, discipline, confidentiality, and responsibility at work.
Candidate Expectations:
The candidate should be sincere, punctual, organized, and interested in learning about façade materials, exterior cladding, wall coverings, flooring, and premium architectural products. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, client-handling ability, and regular follow-up discipline are important for this role.
Previous experience in façade, building materials, interior products, construction, real estate, project sales, client coordination, or architect/developer communication will be preferred. However, candidates with strong communication skills, a serious attitude, and willingness to learn may also apply.
