AMC Agency is a growing Sales, Distribution & Marketing organization focused on Men’s Grooming & Personal Care Products.

We are expanding our market presence and building a strong, performance-driven sales team across different territories of Bangladesh.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Launch and introduce new Men’s Grooming products in the assigned territory.

• Achieve sales and distribution targets for newly launched products.

• Develop new outlets and expand market coverage.

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

• Collect market feedback and report customer response to management.

• Execute approved promotional and product awareness activities.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager/Management.

🎓 CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

• 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetics / Men’s Grooming / Consumer Products will be preferred

• Male candidates only.

• Candidates for Sylhet & Chittagong Divisions must be local candidates

• Strong knowledge of the local market and wholesale network.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

• Energetic, self-motivated & target-oriented

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
