• Must have been involved in sales and marketing and distribution. Must know how dealers work in Nawabpur/Chawkbazar/Imamgonj. Must know how to develop a product in the marketplace.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG Firms

• Better if you have own transport (Bike) for frequent market visits.

• Sales Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for wood, polish and cleaning accessories across B2B and B2C markets.

• Set and track sales targets aligned with business objectives.

• Identify new markets, customer needs, and product opportunities.

• Must know how Dealers in Nawabpur, Chawkbazar etc. operate.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, interior designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.

• Conduct dealer visits, product demos, and presentations to close deals.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Must provide and implement BTL Marketing strategies to boost B2B sales.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives or territory managers.

• Train team members on product knowledge, sales tactics, and customer handling.

• Product Knowledge & Promotion

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wood accessories (e.g., sand paper (shirsh kagoj), adhesives, markin cloths) and wood polish products (e.g., PU polish, melamine, oil-based polish).

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and exhibitions.

• Educate clients on proper wood care and polishing techniques.

• Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.

• Operational Coordination

• Work closely with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability.

• Assist in managing pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations.
