Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads for software products.
Contact prospective clients through calls, meetings, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Demonstrate software features and explain product benefits to clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the team for better service improvement
