• Mandatory experience in selling Duplex Board, Art Card, and Swedish Board Paper in the Bangladesh market.

• Excellent dealer management, corporate sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

Position Purpose

To lead the marketing and sales activities of Jamuna Paper Mills Ltd. for Duplex Board, Art Card, Swedish Board Paper and related paper products across Bangladesh. The position will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer networks, developing corporate customers, strengthening market presence, and driving sustainable business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Duplex Board, Art Card, Swedish Board Paper and related products in the Bangladesh market.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets through dealer and corporate sales channels.

• Develop, appoint, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks across key markets of Bangladesh.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, printing presses, packaging industries, converters, publishers, and institutional buyers.

• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to increase market share and product penetration.

• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, product movement, customer preferences, and market activities and provide actionable insights to management.

• Manage dealer performance, pricing, credit exposure, stock movement, market coverage, and sales collections.

• Lead negotiations with dealers and corporate customers regarding pricing, volume, payment terms, and commercial arrangements within company policy.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Dispatch to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Develop sales forecasts and provide market feedback to support production planning and inventory management.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing/sales team to achieve targets and improve market coverage.

• Prepare regular sales, market, dealer, customer, and competitor reports for senior management and recommend corrective actions.
