Contex:

MaxxChair is a modern office chair brand specializing in premium-quality ergonomic office chairs designed for comfort and style. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a smart, confident, and communication-savvy person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media platforms, including regular posting and customer engagement.

* Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

* Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and other relevant campaign types.

* Monitor advertising performance, including CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS, and overall ad spend.

* Research audiences, keywords, competitors, and market trends to improve campaign performance.

* Create and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to generate quality leads and sales.

* Communicate with customers via phone, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

* Convince potential customers and convert inquiries and ad-generated leads into confirmed sales.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Represent MaxxChair at corporate meetings and promotional events.

* Give presentations and promote the brand professionally.

* Work closely with management to increase sales, lead generation, and overall brand visibility.

Requirements

* Female candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Must be confident, smart, professional, and customer-oriented.

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in online sales and digital marketing.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.

* Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.

* Ability to analyze advertising data and optimize campaigns for better leads, sales, and ROAS.

* Experience in online selling, customer communication, tele-sales, or digital marketing.

* Furniture or e-commerce selling experience will be considered a plus.

* Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain the brand’s reputation.
