Job Responsibilities

• Regular field visits to doctors, pharmacies, doctor chambers, clinics and other healthcare-related establishments.

• Promote LUMANA HEALTHCARE LTD.'s diagnostic and healthcare services.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, chamber representatives and local healthcare professionals.

• Generate patient referrals and achieve assigned monthly marketing targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

• Submit daily/weekly field visit and marketing activity reports.

• Maintain a professional image and represent the organization positively in the market.

Monthly Target Achievement

To ensure a gradual market development process, the following minimum target achievement will be expected:

• 1st Month: 50% of assigned target

• 2nd Month: 60% of assigned target

• 3rd Month: 80% of assigned target

• From 4th Month: 100% of assigned target

Incentive: After achieving the assigned monthly target, 2.5% incentive will be provided on the additional income generated beyond the target.

Working Hours

Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Employment Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field marketing/sales, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostic centre, pharmaceutical or medical sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and regular market visits.

• Hardworking, target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Must have a smart, formal and professional appearance.

• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Candidates with strong local market knowledge will receive preference.
