• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering

• Age 30 to 40 years

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Good command of English, particularly in business communication and customer correspondence.

Strong follow-up, analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for crust & finished leather.

• Identify and develop new customers, buyers, brands, agents, and business opportunities in local and international markets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, order confirmation, and commercial follow-up.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, Stores and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.

• Understand customer requirements regarding leather article, quality, color, finish, specifications, and compliance requirements.

• Follow up on sampling, development, approvals, production status, shipment, and payment collection.

• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor market trends, customer preferences, and leather market prices to identify new business opportunities.
