Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and retailers to expand market coverage and unlock new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market development, relationship management, and sales execution.
Implement promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) effectively to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Conduct regular market visits, monitor sales activities, gather market insights, and submit timely sales reports to support business decisions.
