Experience:

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Power
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

• Age At least 20 years

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the client base.

· Processing customer requirements accurately and on time.

· Liaising with internal customers and ensuring business objectives are met.

· Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

· Promoting the Company Services and establishing the brand image.

· Provide detailed information for all kinds of services/policies/offers provided by the company.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest as per the requirements.

· Maintaining high standards in servicing customers.

· Providing reports as per Management requirements.

· Other responsibilities as per the requirement.
