Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales volume.
Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
Schedule appointments with existing and potential customers and conduct regular customer visits.
Identify customer requirements, preferences, and business needs and recommend suitable products accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong communication and professional relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and shop owners.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, including customer details and product requirements.
Follow up regularly with customers to address their requirements, provide necessary support, and generate repeat business.
Use effective communication and negotiation skills to convince customers and successfully close sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Maintain regular contact with dealers and shop owners to strengthen business relationships and increase sales.
Prepare and submit regular sales updates, customer visit reports, and other reports to the relevant authority as required.
