• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design software.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, space planning, and construction detailing.

• Familiarity with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and relevant building regulations.

• Good communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the planning, design, and development of modern residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.

• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and approved project requirements.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other engineering teams.

• Assist in feasibility studies, space planning, material selection, and design development.

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve architectural issues.

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documents as required.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.

• Maintain design quality, accuracy, cost efficiency, and project timelines.
