Job Context:
Akij Bathware Ltd., a leading manufacturer of quality bathroom and sanitary products under the AkijBashir Group, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales and expand market presence. The role will focus on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, promoting products, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve the assigned monthly sales target in quantity (PCS) and value (BDT); track daily/weekly progress and cover any shortfall
• Expand retail coverage in the territory; enroll and activate eligible retailers in APONJON program and keep outlet data updated
• Find potential markets and new dealers; support dealer onboarding, activation and productivity improvement
• Follow up dealer lifting, payment collection, overdue and credit settlement on a daily basis; inform Area Manager about any exception promptly
• Execute approved dealer/retail campaigns, merchandising and market visibility activities as per plan
• Visit retail markets and project/construction sites regularly to generate leads, collect competitor information and follow up opportunities
• Follow the approved route/beat plan and maintain regular dealer and outlet coverage
• Keep dealer, retailer, project lead, order, collection and market information updated in the prescribed reporting system
• Coordinate with Area Manager on stock, supply, credit, service issues, competitor activities and market opportunities
