• Age At least 35 years

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in Knit Garments as Executive Director / COO / GM.

• Must have experience in managing 100% export-oriented factory.

• Excellent buyer communication skill is mandatory.

Factory Address: Toyebpur, Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to lead our entire factory operations.

• Overall Factory & Strategic Management:

  • Lead and oversee overall factory operations and strategic planning to achieve company goals.

  • Directly report to the Managing Director and implement board decisions effectively.

  • Ensure smooth coordination among all departments for operational excellence.

• Production & Operation Management:

  • Develop and execute production planning to ensure on-time shipment with desired quality.

  • Maximize productivity, minimize wastage, and ensure effective cost control.

  • Monitor production efficiency and quality control.

• Business Development & Buyer Handling:

  • Maintain strong liaison with existing buyers and explore new buyers for business growth.

  • Lead buyer meetings, price negotiations, and order confirmations.

  • Analyze market trends and develop business expansion strategies.

• Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure full compliance with Buyer COC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Higg FEM, ISO and all social & technical compliance.

  • Capable of facing all types of audits (Social, Technical, Security) successfully.

  • Ensure factory operations comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.

• Commercial & Finance Control:

  • Prepare and control annual budget, monitor costing and profitability.

  • Oversee commercial activities including import-export documentation, LC and banking.
