Responsibilities & Context:
Support the achievement of sales, volume, and distribution targets within the assigned territory or channel.
Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other trade partners.
Ensure effective product availability, visibility, merchandising, and in-store execution across assigned outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market opportunities.
Support retail penetration and outlet expansion by identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities.
Assist in implementing sales promotions, trade schemes, product launches, and market activation programs as per business plans.
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance, outlet productivity, and target achievement, and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Distribution teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth market operations.
Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support business decisions.
Demonstrate strong learning agility, ownership, communication, and execution capability while developing practical exposure to FMCG sales operations and territory management.
